In August 2024 (nine months ago), a Business Manager account I manage was hacked. Hundreds of ad accounts were created by hackers, and they ran unauthorized ads. I have filed 40+ support cases with Meta, and no one will delete the ad accounts. They are all disabled, and we can no longer advertise from that Business Manager because the account limit has been reached.
I have been trying for nine months to get this issue resoved. No one will help including our Meta Marketing Pro. Is there anyone else I can reach out to or is there anything I can do to get these disabled ad accounts deleted so we can start advertising again?
We are Meta verified and should have enhanced support. Still, we cannot get anything done.
