Meta Support is Joking with me

 wow, was it hard to register in this forum....couldn't do it from my verified account since it gives me this error from every browser i tried - so I tried registering with account linked to the verified one...interestingly enough, it is this account that needs the support anyway...
So, I contacted meta support via chat a week ago. They were just atrocious....no help at all and closed the chat...super rude
A few days later, I tried again - this time the experience was a lot better and I was promised support, but these guys haven't responded to the chat for 4 days now and the chat remains open so when I try to open a new one, I can't - it redirects me to the open one....and it seems this is the case with a lot of people, according to reddit

Hopefully, meta will respond and help me from here. Let me know if I need to provide more information.
