My son has a Quest that has been overheating while charging. I contacted chat support for a warranty claim in early December. I received a follow up automated email requesting details/receipt/serial number, which I responded to. A few days later, I got another automated email saying my ticket would be closed for nonresponse.
I have contacted chat 3 more times, received the same automated email 3 more times and responded to them each time. I never hear anything back although each time, I'm assured by chat support that this time my ticket is really escalated and I'll hear back.
After the last chat, I received the automated email about nonresponse 6 times in the next few hours and then never heard back again. I have bcc'd my secondary email each time I responded so I know my emails are sending.
Is Meta just messing with me? I feel like Charlie Brown trying to kick the football while Lucy pulls it away at this point. Is there any way to get a warranty claim looked at when their support won't help me?
