Meta Support team not responding emails regarding Ad account reactivation

Hello, We are facing some issues on our ads manager account. 
 
We had reached out for help via the live chat, and email but did not get any response for more than a week now. so this was our only alternative.
 
Earlier when we logged into the account, it was showing that "some of the ad sets got disabled due to the Detailed targetting Exclusion option in the locations tab"
 
So we fixed the errors and tried publishing the changes.
 
Later When we tried to publish the changes, a small popup showed at the bottom right saying there were errors to fix. When we clicked on the "View Errors" option, it showed that the account had been blocked temporarily. 
 
We urgently need to run ads from the ads account, please tell us how to resolve the issue. Please reach out to us via email commitbiz@gmail.com.
