i have never had a more rough experience with a support platform in my life
ive been struggling with getting a recovery code for my other account, the issue is when i had logged into the headset with that email, i had kept it there, when an update bricked my headset i had to factory reset it, when i tried adding it back to the headset i was greeted with my 2fa, which i no longer had access to because i had deleted the wrong one.
ages ago i moved my meta account from this email to another one, which was a big mistake, i still have access to the outlook, not the meta account due to the same issue,, the 2fa, nor can i get the username due to such
i keep repeatedly getting asked questions that i cannot accurately answer due to me resetting the headset, its been almost 2 weeks ive been fighting for this, i need more indepth helps, like send me a code to my outlook or at least send something to the outlook to prove i have the account, something, anything will help other than the same questions i dont have the possibility of answering
