Hi everyone, I’m having ongoing issues with Meta’s ID verification process and could use some help.
Every time I submit my ID and video selfie, I get an error saying something is unclear or not acceptable — either the ID or the video. But both my photo and video are very clear and meet the guidelines. I’ve followed all the instructions carefully, and the system still keeps rejecting my submission without explaining why
What I’ve done so far:
Uploaded a high-resolution image of my government-issued ID
Recorded a clear video selfie in good lighting
Ensured all my personal details on the ID match my Meta profile exactly
Tried different devices and browsers to eliminate tech issues
My question:
Has anyone else gone through this? Is there a way to contact Meta support directly or escalate the verification issue? I’d really appreciate any advice or tips

Can anyone offer any suggestions? I keep uploading photos of my ID but they are all rejected and my account will be suspended soon. Thank you.

I am having this problem too. Next step is getting a notary public to verify that I am who I say I am
