I have no idea how to post in here so if this is in wrong forum, my apologies. So I got my Meta Quest 2 on February 23, 2023. That was 72 hours ago. I saw the app Meta World and want to go into that world. But all I get is that it's coming soon. I live in the United States, I'm 67 years old and I've had an account with the Meta Quest for 72 hours and a member on Facebook since 2009. Can someone please tell me what is wrong? I'm sorry, I'm very new to VR and not sure if there are any additional steps or not. Some people say I need to have friends on Meta first some say I need to be invited and others say I don't need to do anything. Please advise what is happening. My cousin wants to buy a Meta if she and I can meet up in Horizon Worlds. thanks.

Hi. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. My mother is in hospital at 99 years of age, end of life stage so I didn't have much time to get online. Someone from Meta got back to me and they are currently in email correspondence with me. I do need to check some other things though as I can't access a lot of these apps.

Well that didn't work. Whoever is in email with me basically accused me of changing my date of birth. You know I can provide them proof with my driver license. I mean if someone under 18 is going to lie, they certainly aren't going to make themselves old. And I've lived in the United States all 67 years of my life. Is this going to be the norm with Meta or should I just return the headset and wait for Apple? I'm sorry but I don't like being accused of something that I didn't do. 😞

I'm sorry I wasn't aware that the message I sent would create a new ticket. I'm so new to this forum. But I can provide a photo of my drivers license if that would help.
