Meta account can't see my device

I have paired my Quest 1 with the Meta Horizon app, and it appears in there as a device. but I need to contact support about another issue. When I log into my Meta account, it has my Meta Horizon profile linked, but says I have no devices. Unfortunately, I'm unable to contact support without a linked device, so I'm going round in circles. Please help!
