My children have used a common account, they are 16 and 10. Since the oldest one didn't have a Facebook account at the time. we used the one set up fpr the younger one (which he uses solely for connecting to games, sometimes it is the only way). They have spent a lot of money buying games and in-game purchases, and now the account has been disabled because of the youngest child's age. His Facebook was also abruptly disabled without warning, causing him to lose many other games as well, including Pokemon GO which he is legally allowed to play, and has spent a lot of time on.
I understand that we haven't done everything by the book, but I don't think it is fair that they both should lose everything they have paid for without giving us a way to rectify it. We would be happy to turn their account into a parental guided account, but since we not can't even log into it, we are not able to do that. Please tell us how we can fix this, so we can access the things we have purchased.

Hey @MankeVRGt, thanks for sharing your situation! We know you and your children are eager to regain account access and are ready to jump back into playing their favorite games. With that said, we'd be more than happy to provide insight and take a deeper look into this with you. To do so, we ask that you send us a private message, as we'll need to gather some account information. Please remember to be signed into the community before doing so.
We look forward to assisting you!
