@MetaQuestSupport , I have just now send a private message detailing an issue about my partners Meta account, wherein she received a notification saying that the Meta account email address was updated.
Please can we have your urgent help on this as her Facebook and Instagram account linked to the fake Meta account. We are unable to remove this account, but it asks authentication via password and upon clicking password reset link it goes to the hackers email ID. More details are provided in the private message. Sorry but I cannot find an email address or a support page directing me to email and seems to directing me from one page to another in circles. Her Meta account email address has been changed which is not the same as Facebook account email address. She is able to log-in and log-out of facebook. To explain, she received two emails from notification@email.meta.com to say that the email address (deuhib@heyopl.com) has been added to Meta account and another email to say that her email address has been removed.
Please can you let me know how best to reach as it does not seem like a facebook account issue.
This is same link I received last time. This is of no use, I just need to remove the Meta account from the Facebook. Send me an email I can send the details and images to get this sorted.

Alternatively, you can try contacting the Facebook Help Center to see if they can remove it from their side.
