My Facebook account was hacked last year and they took my meta account too. It was a struggle to get my fb account back but when I did I realized my meta account had also been taken. They changed my email, password, and put a multifactor authenticator on it. So there is no way to get it back unless a real person can help me out. I had to make a new meta account to even make this post to get help... @MetaQuestSupport
