Meta account not showing my games in the app after update and login

Need some advice here if possible please, I also made a ticket for this 6515631.  After an update I had to login again to the phone app with my oculus account ...for which i long forgot the password off course.  So I pressed the "forgot password" on the oculus account logon and got to a meta page where i eventually needed a code by email to reset my password.  After all that was done i received a message saying meta account password successfully updated. I found that confusing since i went for the oculus account password reset...  Seems like fb is mixing up the oculus and meta password resets (or can they?... with the merging of both accounts?). 
 
At this point it is maybe worth mentioning that I initially had an oculus account that later had to be merged with my fb account and that i also made a meta quest horizon account.
 
Anyway, when using the new password to login to the app with my oculus account it kept saying "wrong password". So then I tried logging in with e-mail and then it constantly wanted to verify my account by an sms message and brought me in a loop with "continue with your facebook account" and "verify account by sms code" but never logged me in. After a few loops i got kicked out for asking too many codes to be sent to my mailbox. 🤦‍:male_sign:
 
On the meta quest auth/setup website I was able to logon with the new password and see my purchases etc. But that was only when i used the link "i already have a meta account" via the oculus login page.
So I thought 'ok' all is still there and fine. I then installed the desktop oculus app to see if i could logon there. That worked with e-mail login and the new password but my purchase history and other data now show up as empty in the desktop app! However I can still see all my apps on the meta quest website and I am not able to login on the phone app to see if my games are gone there as well ... it keeps looping me. 
  
I really need to get my oculus working... reset it or try the sidequest solution, coz its been locked in a frrrozen update state for several days now. Is something wrong with my meta account maybe? It seems the new password i got for my oculus account only works for the meta account and not for the oculus account login.  Also strange that i can see my purchases online and not in the desktop app.  And I'm kinda afraid I will permanently loose all my games if I factory reset the headset now, since I can't see my games when I'm logged into the desktop app, and I cant get into the mobile app. How do I continue from here ?

Having the same issues here too and no response to private messages to Meta for over a week. Please update if you found a solution!

Could I also have some help with this please? I just picked up a gaming pc and I can’t access any games i had before I merged my meta account, they still work on my quest but are not showing up on the pc app
