I am sending this on my husbands behalf. He has been a VR user since the original Oculus Rift days. He hadn't used his VR for quite some time and he went to go back to using it and was prompted to verify using a code. Its obviously passed November 22nd so I assume that is why he cannot log into his meta account. After checking facebook it shows the account is pending deletion, when I click cancel deletion it says "confirm your meta account to change x setting" The only option to click is "Testing". During or after this message he cannot log into his meta account. He has a lot of game licenses tied to his account and he is not wanting to lose all of the money that was spent on them. Is there anything that we can do? Please help before he loses everything.
