Hi, my sons facebook account was suspended due to him entering his age on my linked meta account. Now when I try to log into meta I get: This account is for someone 13 or older, but it looks like an 11-year-old is using it.
When I tried to verify my age by entering card info it didn't do anything and when I uploaded my ID it said that the name and photo on your ID don't seem to match the name and photo on your profile.
How can I get my account back or at least get a refund for my purchases on that account? I can provide the details of the suspended account if requested.
