My meta account was suspended, no email, nothing! Asking with that, my Facebook was, too! All of my kids pictures and videos are on there! Said I went against community standards but I have no idea what I did!!!! The money I spent on the games, gone!!! Was planning on getting a few oculus 3's, but this makes me not want to spend another dollar on them!!!
I can't help with that, but don't have any problems with Amazon as it's just as bad. My Amazon account got hacked, so they temp closed it. Well besides losing that, they cancelled all my orders, lost my Prime app, Amazon Photos, Music, lost my Grubhub membership thru Amazon , all my Alexa devices stopped working, all my FireTV devices stopped working too.
Took about 4 days to get my account back and I had to set everything up as new and readd them all back to my account.
Made me think and now I have TWO 😀 Amazon accounts, so I can just switch if anything happens again as they remove and close everything if a problem.
That's awful! I'm so sorry that happened! They cancelled my Facebook and meta account and I have no clue why!! However I've been chatting with meta support, so hopefully they can do something about it!!!
Good luck, just these super large companies if something goes wrong, you lose many things people don't think about. Everything is connected it seems.
