Hey all,
I have some problems with the meta app. The tldr is that I was able to play beat saber via airlink on both the quest 2 and quest 3, but now it just shows this screen, even after reinstalls and whatever you can think of.
I have seen the red error bar in the app before, but that was for the rift just like this screen says. I don't have a rift, so why is it blocking me from doing anything? (The arrow at the top left is also disabled). Also, my graphics card is a gtx 1650.
Now for the full story:
I recently bought my quest 3 after having a lot of issues with different quest 2's (hardware issues, not air link issues). By this time I already knew everything and got air link working within no time and was happily playing beat saber.
Then I wanted to play beat saber with someone else in the living room instead of my own room, so I took my laptop (I play on a laptop) down and wanted to connect my headset to air link. It was then when the problems started. First, the air link on my quest 3 had a 'not connected' message underneath my laptop's name. I couldn't connect it for days and tried a lot of things. At some point I noticed that my laptop wasn't connected to my quest anymore (which I assume is what the error was about). However, when I tried to connect it, my laptop couldn't find the quest, presumably because my laptop was already on the quest, but the quest wasn't on the laptop. At this stage i still had normal access to the meta quest app on my laptop.
As there is no option to reset all air link connections, I decided the only thing I could do to maybe solve this issue is to reset the headset to factory settings. After I did this, the quest didn't know about the laptop and I could finally connect the two again.
The first thing i do is to go to the up air link environment, where i open up my monitor screen. I saw that there apparently was a 'step 2' for the connection between the quest and the laptop. (Please note that this happened around a week ago) I seem to remember it said something about controllers (maybe pairing or calibrating, i don't exactly know anymore). I also think there was an 'x' icon to close that step, but I don't know for sure anymore. I decided to click on the button to start that step, and first thing i know is i get thrown out of the air link environment. I checked my monitor and the image i shared above was on the screen. I couldn't do anything except for closing the whole app, but restarting led me to the same window again.
As I've said in the tldr, I have tried everything and nothing is working. If this happened the first time I would just assume my laptop couldn't handle this, but I've played before so I know that is not the case and I've seen other people with worse graphics cards being able to play. Also, the message is about the rift systems, not the quest 2 or 3.
I hope this is a solvable issue, but please let me know aswell if it isn't so I can stop trying. Thanks!!

Hey there, @ZiceJASPURR! Thank for providing us the full context of your situation! We know you've been putting in a lot of effort to get your air link working. After reading over everything, we do have some information for you on this. The GTX 1650 is not currently supported. It is awesome that it had worked before and gave you a chance to play using the link, but that is ultimately the error we'd expect to see with your current graphics card. If you've not tried already, updating the drivers could help, but if it's not working due to the graphics cards, that is what we would expect. Please let us know if you have any other questions or challenges.

@ZiceJASPURR if your GPU is below the minimum requirements or not on the supported GPU list, The Virtual Desktop app may help to get it working.
