My meta quest 3 wasn't working as it wasn't finding any wifi. A month ago meta gave me a label to send it back and said as soon as they have it they will ship me a new one. Since it has been shipped I have been in touch countless times asking where is my new console and have been told so many times it has been escalated. Can someone just take ownership and help please ********* . Also Czerine needs firing she just ended my chat because she has no answers
