Meta asking for my ID to verify my age but won't accept my ID and there is no way to resubmit.

I got an email from Meta asking for me to verify my age but submitting a photo of my ID. I did this and then got an email saying they can't use the ID I submitted. It then says to make sure there is no glare and that the full ID is visible. There is no glare in my photo and it is all visible. When I click the button to try again, it takes me to a page that just says Language and there is no way to try and resubmit. Unfortunately, we can’t use the ID you shared to confirm your identity.
There was a problem with the photo you submitted. Make sure there is no glare and the full ID is visible against a solid dark background. Try to confirm your identity again.
