does anybody higher in ranks of Meta sitting here? How tf I can contact with human from meta support?
I've been trying to open a case for over a week about the right controller not working in Quest 3, sending this **bleep**ing bot sitting on the support mailbox data about the case (controller suddenly went dead - its not responding).It ignores everything I send via mail and every time starts a new conversation demanding the same data.I feel like I'm sitting in some chatgpt window where every time an email about the same thing is a new case for this **bleep**ed up bot.
For now I counted 17 mails.
Does anyone have their phone number or email that is answered by human support and not this **bleep**in AI technology?
