I'm trying to set up a Meta Work account and subscribe to managed services. I will not accept a payment method and I cannot find a single way to get support or help.
I've submitted multiple inquiries to sales and have yet to get a call.
Regretting my purchase at the moment.

We can see that you have some issues adding a payment method in Meta for work. At Meta Store Support we provide support for Meta Quest products and services only; so we are not able to assist you directly with your issue.
What we would like to do though, is point you towards the form that you can use to request a review of your account: Meta for work.
They will be able to help you. In the future, if you run into issues related to Meta Quest products and services, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you.

We understand that it is frustrating when you don't get a response for the issue you are facing. Unfortunately, us at Meta Quest Store Support doesn't have the tools or accessibility to look into this further. We will suggest you to contact Meta for work in the link we have provided before.
