My daughter has had her quest for over 6 months now and had no issues until now she hasn't been on for around a day then tries to go on to find the meta system is saying her account is suspended. She is old enough and the account was all set up correctly so this isn't on! I have purchased her games on her account etc too so someone best reply with a fix.
The meta "Support" system also needs fully rewriting as FAQ's aren't supportive when all I need is an email to a person who could actually provided help
