Meta hasn't fixed my Quest + subscription

I took out a Meta Quest + subscription on May 1.  I paid for 1 year and instead they gave me 6 months.  I sent them proof on their chat area and they agreed with me.  It shows my rebilling date is Oct 29, 2024 instead of May 1, 2025.  They have yet to fix it after 5 weeks.  I have been told repeatedly how it will be done and last chat before today I was told give another 5 - 7 business days and it's been past that and still nothing done.  I wrote to Mark Zuckerberg and other executives at Meta and been totally ignored.  I had to fight for the bonus that came with a 1 year paid subscription since the system took it as 6 months.  This has been a nightmare and I am so sick of being ignored and put through this due to Meta's error.  

I see someone already posted about the same issue so not sure I am supposed to start a new conversation on it but I need help.

Alright but it was Meta Quest support in chat that didn't help me. I hope it will be different this time.
