Meta horizon hacked my account center

Someone created a fraudulent Meta Horizon/Meta account and connected it to my Instagram account using an email I do not have access to (therefore cannot remove it/enter a password/etc.). I need help removing that account and getting my Instagram associated with my correct account/Accounts Center.

same thing happened to me please help meta as soon as possible and figure out a good solution so that it can not be done again

Some SillyKiwi103 username has accessed and changed all the things and taken my insta account under their meta account
