Meta is still refusing to give me a refund.

I ordered a Meta Quest 2 and case from the official Meta website on the 5th of May, 2024. It was supposed to arrive on the 14th of May, but the Yodel delivery driver decided that they couldn't be bothered, because our street has names for the houses instead of numbers. They then proceeded to lie that they attempted to deliver the package three times, which I know is not true because we were in the house all day awaiting the arrival, and a note saying anything like 'sorry we missed you' did not appear. When we tried to get support on the issue, the only replies we would get would be from AI helpers, which because they only read the information given to them, also said that the product had been attempted to deliver three times, which is false. Now Meta is refusing to give us a refund and keeps saying we must return the product, which we never got in the first place. This may be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Taking £220, quite literally stealing pocket money from a child, is the lowest of the low. I hope to get a response, and a refund very soon. And a real person would be preferred, not an AI chat bot that doesn't know any better than what it is told. Thank you.
