I got a notification in my activity feed in meta app for a free month of horizon. I go to click it and it tried toncharge me for the month. I talked with Elijah first who called me a liar and a scammed, and refused to honor my free month citing it expired a year ago lol. Then I get Jane or shoukd I say Karen. Bith of these agents shoukd nit be employees here I saved bith transcripts. Both refused to honor my free month or even offer store credit to redeem it that way. I have never felt so mad and embarrassed by a company I have to put up with to play my games. I'm telling you this now when the new headset comes out from valve I am done with meta absolutely done. Thier garbage customer service has ruined vr gaming for me and I will be posting the transcripts online for all to see. What a joke I hope you learn to support your clientele in the future and notntreat them like criminals for trying to redeem an offer! Never again!
