Meta kept my controllers

I had a fan issue with my headset and returned my headset and controllers based on the email instructions. I was even told to remove the batteries from the controllers, which I did. When they returned my headset, they did not return my controllers with it and I’m having issues contacting Meta for support in getting my controllers back. Not sure why they would keep your controllers knowing they’re needed to operate and play games on the headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated in how best to resolve this, thanks.
