Meta link immediately terminates upon connecting to PC

I have a lenovo yoga pro 9i gen 8 laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU. Just as the title says immediately upon attempting to connect to the laptop via the meta link app, my headset immediately closes the connection. The connection has worked perfectly fine in the past, so I have no clue as to why it is acting up now. This has started happening right after I got a new mouse, but unplugging that had no effect. I have tried updating my GPU drivers to the latest ones, disabling my laptop's ability to turn off usb ports for power saving, ensuring that the oculus client uses the correct GPU, terminating and restarting meta and oculus processes using task manager, and even unplugging all of my other devices, such as my mouse, keyboard, and even my monitor. This has come with varying levels of success, for instance the connection worked perfectly fine for a day then immediately reverted to the previous non-operational state. I am currently at a loss as to why this is occuring, so I have used the log collection tool and am asking for help here. Here is a pastebin with the full autoanalysis from the log collector: https://pastebin.com/r0tRQ23X

Meta support has helped me greatly. I will post the solution that has worked for me below:

Manual Uninstall.
This is a method for uninstalling the Meta Quest Link app to ensure all relevant data has been removed from the computer. The normal uninstaller may not remove a file that is causing problems, so this is like a "factory reset" for the Meta Quest Link app.

  1. Disconnect the Rift/Link cable from the computer.
  2. Disconnect your computer from the internet.
  3. Backup any necessary content.
  4. Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.
  5. Uninstall the Meta Horizon PC app using the Control Panel.
  6. Delete all Oculus folders from the folder C:\Program Files.
  7. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow
    • C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming
    • C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache
    • Note: The AppData folder is usually hidden. Use these steps to access AppData.
      1. Press Windows key + R to launch the Run dialog window.
      2. Type %AppData% in the Run box and click OK or press Enter.
      3. File Explorer will launch to the AppData\Roaming subfolder.
      4. Click AppData in the File Explorer address bar to show all three subfolders in the AppData location.
  8. Restart your computer in normal mode.
  9. Reconnect your computer to the internet.
  10. Install the Meta Horizon PC app again.
  11. Reconnect the Rift/Link cable and re-test the headset

Please also attempt disabling Riot Vanguard as this running as a start-up program could possibly interfere with the connection.

Forgot to mention that I have also attempted to reinstall meta link three times over with no changes at all. Also my RAM is 16 gb.
