meta was down yesterday and it sent me a notification asking for id for no reason- i posted my id and it auto deactivated my account. No reason etc. i need my account for my business. I am screwed without it. Please help me!
I am in the same position with my personal facebook account. Seems this has turned out to be a wide spread problem with meta as Instagram and what's app users are having the same problem.
Hi, Unfortunately I am still no where better off and no support from Meta on this. Real shame as business and my whole life revolved around my account with being a marketing business. I hope to hear back from someone soon. If i do i will update the thread but i doubt it.
