I've been having an issue with my quest 2 for a long time. So I have Meta Quest Link app on my PC and it wants me to "connect your headset" and I've been trying to connect to my PC with my quest 2 for a very long time but it's stuck in "searching for PC". I've tried both with cable and air link and nothing has changed. My quest 2 is connected to my wi-fi and it shows up on my phone that it's working but for whatever reason my quest 2 will not "find" my PC.
What am I to do at this situation? The only thing I can think of is maybe the version of the Meta Quest Link and the quest 2 itself are on different versions so pairing is not possible which means it's on Meta side to fix.
Also Steam link isn't working for me, it shows my PC but it won't let me select it to connect and at the bottom it reads "Streaming VR is only supported on a local network." again it's connected to my Wi-Fi so what local network is it talking about? My PC is on ethernet cable and steam is already paired with my quest 2 and yes remote play is toggled on.

Hi @BigAlGaming1 🙂
I don't know, what causes your connection problem and hope some other users can help you.
Just one thing.
Meta Quet Link and Quest have always different versions.....so, i don't believe that's the problem.

Hey @BigAlGaming1! We appreciate you reaching out. We understand youre having an issue with connecting your PC to your headset and we would be more than happy to help. We want to get a little bit more information regarding your PC to rule a few things out if possible. Could you provide the system information such as the GPU. CPU, and RAM of your PC, so we can make sure it meets the requirements. If you would like to check yourself that is fine and you can do that here. Once we get this information we should have a better idea of what direction we should go in to solve this problem. We hope to hear from you soon!

GPU is PYN 1070 founders edition, CPU is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz and my RAM is 16.0 GB.
It had worked before so I do not understand why it all of a sudden doesn't.
