Is anybody else having ISSUES GALORE with this parent account?
I've never known something to be this ridiculously difficult and stupid in my life.
My AUTISTIC son cannot access his account, that we have spent hundreds of pounds on, despite jumping through every hoop Meta have launched at us.
I have sent MY ID in TWICE. My son doesn't have any. He's a child.
I was even asked to verify my bank account, which I did.
Nothing. Absolute sweet EFF ALL. Account still suspended and back and forth emails for THREE MONTHS have proved useless. They keep telling me the issue is solved and the case is closed.
The issue will not be solved until the account suspension is lifted.
I'm at my wits end, and the stress of my DISABLED child getting angry and upset is something that can be completely avoided if Meta pull their finger out!
I can't believe how bad this actually is.
And to top it off, they delete almost every comment I make on Instagram when they violate NO rules and don't promote ANYTHING of a harmful nature. Yet another thing they have touched and broken.
