I factory reseted my oculus 2 and it says that is already link I wanna play with my oculus but I’m still stuck at the link screen and my right controller is blanking sos on mors code please help me meta

Hey meta thank you for responding I did all those steps especially the unpair and pair also is the loading screen the one that says to connect the controllers and connect my vr headset to my phone like a new Vr headset I really need this for tomorrow please help me
