I had a qest 3 which burned in the meta qest logo I sent it in for a rma I'll admit it was collected and a new unit was sent quick the refurb unit had 2 dead pixles in the right eye just like a rma unit mentioned here among other new issues //www.reddit.com/r/OculusQuest/comments/1dwrtoc/what_would_you_do_my_quest_3_rma_journey/
Meta support email has been using scummy tactics such as denying issue and switching staff member every time i send a email sending the same genric email over 6 times I also went to there whatsapp where i was offered a refund and $30 voucher and another refurb unit. I can not recomend anyone to buy a headset from meta with there horrible support who sees you as something that a $30 voucher will win you over. alll i want is a brand new replacement unit or a refund. I will go to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if nothing can be resolved or offered. I will not be recomending anyone to buy a qest 3
