I just started using the meta quest two after a few months after really wanting to play this new game. However the person we bought it from did not delete there account as the admin and I cannot app share which means I cannot create an account. Also none of my apps work, the store won’t load, my profile won’t load. also when I try to do a factory reset it says no command and I don’t know what to do. Pls help.

Hey @hunterdbuck.2024! Just a heads up, if you’ve got that other account on your device, you won’t be able to get in. But you’re on the right path with the factory reset! The no command error is super common; it usually happens if you hit the wrong button or didn’t hold one down long enough while trying to reset. Check out these steps below:
