This is happening to 2 of my meta quests just after opening them when you get the first software update I left them charging and updating for a couple hours, now loads up the os icon but is just a lit up Grey screen even factory resting one did not work
there's an issue with a current update that's causing the headsets to be unresponsive. Please keep your eye on this thread for any official updates from meta.
