Hello my meta quest 2 is not working I was playing with it a couple days ago and one day I took it somewhere and when I got to my place I wanted to play but it I tried to login in my acc and it’s wouldn’t let me move the controllers and the dot was only staying in one place and then it’s js went all black and I turned it off and then i turned it back on again and it was all black and I don’t know what is wrong with it.
Hey there @hernandezrod. Getting stuck on a blank screen is no fun at all. Let's take a closer look at that and see what's going on. There's a couple things we'd like to know before we begin.
Is your headset fully charged?
Did you Factory Reset your headset by following the instructions listed here?
Are you looking at a solid black screen that stays there, or does it flicker?
Has your headset recently been dropped, fallen or whacked against anything?
