I just purchased and got the quest three hours ago however even after following steps suggested (like deleting and redownloading the app, logging in and out, factory resetting the quest and having it fully charged) but nothing is working. Is there anything else that could work?

Hey @Sigfreidapyresn. Having pairing issues with your headset after you got is not how you should be introduced into VR and we'll do all that we can to correct this. We appreciate you trying all of those troubleshooting steps. Since none of those worked, we would like to look into what other options we have for you.
