Meta quest 2 won't charge

My meta quest stopped charging recently randomly I tried letting it just charge I tried cleaning the charging port it continues to not charge I tried the charger it came with on other devices so it's not the charger or outlet

We advise you to try the steps below and contact us if nothing changes:

• Try using a different power source, such as a different power outlet.
• Try using a different charging cable.
• See if you can open the boot menu on your headset:
  • Hold the power and volume (-) button on the headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads
  • Exit and reboot the headset
  • If still unable to charge, follow these steps but select the factory reset option instead of exit and reboot.
