My meta quest stopped charging recently randomly I tried letting it just charge I tried cleaning the charging port it continues to not charge I tried the charger it came with on other devices so it's not the charger or outlet
Hello, thank you for contacting us, I understand you are having issues with Meta quest 2 not charging.
We advise you to try the steps below and contact us if nothing changes:
Try using a different power source, such as a different power outlet.
Try using a different charging cable.
See if you can open the boot menu on your headset:
Hold the power and volume (-) button on the headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads
Exit and reboot the headset
If still unable to charge, follow these steps but select the factory reset option instead of exit and reboot.
