Hello, I have a problem that I have been having for months, when I bought the VR I created an account to be able to play and I paired it with the meta quest app and months later that account failed and one day it did not let me access that account from the vr and so far I have not been able to recover that account and it created another account where I have bought many games and I need to pair my new account with the app but I cannot and I cannot factory reset my account because I would lose all my money invested in games and progress in other games, can any administrator help me please?
