Meta quest 3 and beat saber

When I click on Beat saber to open the game, I get nothing, just a purely black screen.
No audio or controller shake, nothing! It shows me the beat saber logo then goes to a black screen. 

I have tried everything I can think of. I uninstalled/reinstalled, factory reset my quest 3, checked for updates to the game as well as the quest. 

im at a complete loss here and can’t figure it out. It was not purchased on a different account, I only have one, and it has a ton of dlc as well. All other apps appear to be working fine. 

please help!

Hey @jmanweezel! Thank you for sharing your experience and for confirming all the troubleshooting you've completed thus far. We know the joys of Beat Saber all too well, and we certainly don't want you missing another beat! To gain a bit more understanding, we listed a couple clarifying questions as well as troubleshooting steps for you below:

 

  • Was Beat Saber downloaded and installed on the Meta platform? 
  • When did this issue start, and were there any changes made to the system settings prior?
    • If there were any changes made, please undo these changes (Refresh Rate, Hand Tracking, Experimental Settings, etc...)
  • Is the Oculus Home Experience having any issues?

While we understand you have already uninstalled and reinstalled, would you please attempt this process again via these steps: Uninstall that application > Restart the headset > Reinstall the application > Log out and back into the Meta Quest app
