Meta quest 3 black screen after factory reset

My meta quest 3 turned on and had tracking problems so I factory reseted now when I turn it on it gets a very lightly lit black screen I can see the volume turn down and up when I click it that's it I factory reseted it again same outcome any tips

  • You mention that you get a very lightly lit black screen, does the headset still boot up properly and launch games? or it's too dark to where you can't even see the boot menu?
  • You've done two factory resets at the moment, has there been any change at all in between the resets?

I'm having the same issue and nothing I've tried has fixed it.

Hello, @RyanDeLuca. We absolutely want to do our best to get your headset's display back on track, so we'd love to help out! In order for us to get a better idea of the specifics of your particular situation, could you please let us know, what color is the LED light on your headset when it's plugged up to charge? Were you able to try a different play space? Also, so we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Keep us updated and we can continue from there!
