Hey there, I just got this device. On first setup things were fine overall. Then all the sudden when I try to open apps I get a black screen and the three dots. It doesn't ever usually open. A few times it has also cleared the screen of all content and stayed clear with the three dots. Sometimes I can hear what would normally appear like with prime VR. It is incredibly frustrating. I have done 5 different factory resets. Changing nothing before trying it. I don't have access to a PC to side load as I am currently in the hospital. Help would be great!

We also have some troubleshooting steps we can provide. See steps below:
Try removing any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
Check for sufficient battery charge. Charge the headset for at least 2 hours.
Hard Reboot the headset. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
