The entire thing I’m having trouble getting the face interface of the device I can get the bottoms off but don’t know how to get the top off. I have a silicone facial interface coming Friday and would like to know how it works and to be label yo clean the material away from the unit. My quest 3 ones were easy to remove and insert.

Could you check to see if there is any visible damage or bends to the facial interface that may be causing this issue?

Hello there, @infernonine. Thank you for posting about your issue. It's important to us that our users have an excellent experience in every aspect of their headset, so we're happy to offer our assistance today! The facial interface should come off with very little resistance. It's possible that if you remove the bottom first, the top becomes a bit more tough to remove. Try placing the interface back on and removing it by popping it off from the sides. Let us know if you still have any trouble.
