I am having the same problem with the facial interface not clicking back in. As such I cannot make lens adjustments for wearing glasses. Please could you assist?

A: no, nothing visible.
-Have you experienced an adjustment issue while wearing glasses in the past?
A: I have never owned any VR device before this purchase. I bought four of these quest 3 headsets and 2 of them become loose, in the front after making adjustments for glasses.

I am having the exact same problem with my brand new Quest. Right at the bottom of the headset where the nose piece clips in the clips are not strong enough to hold it there and it falls out with the slightest amount of force. I sometimes also think that I received a repack, because when I read the unboxing instructions there was no paper to unwrap from the headset straps
