We purchased out meta quest 3 in May of this year. The arm that the headband attaches to (where the charging port is) broke off. The wire inside is still attached. From a quick search this seems to be a common issue. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks!

There is a very good chance I'm losing my mind, but I can't locate where I'm able to PM you. That link just takes me to a trouble shooting area that is no help with my issue.

@JP12345 Our apologies. You are correct, THIS LINK should be best. Click "Log into Meta account" once you are able to access the web page. Follow the prompts. Send a PM from there. Let us know if you have issues.

@JP12345 Initially, the page will prompt you to view an article. Click "This did not solve my issue" and follow the previous directions mentioned.
