Ive had my Meta quest 3 for a while now, and its been charging fine. until today i was playing on my headset and it died, so i went to charge it. an hour later i came back and it was 1%. i tried a different charger and different things but nothing worked so far, and it only goes to 1%. any way to fix this?
Hey thanks for the post. We are just checking in. When plugged into a wall outlet using the included 18W power adapter, the headset should fully charge in approximately 2.3 hours. When plugged into a wall outlet, using a power adapter rated less than 18W will slow down charging. When plugged into a laptop/PC it will slow down charging.
If you have not already please remove any third party accessories, and use the charger that came with the device for the best results.
