So I got a link cable, it wasn't an official oculus one though. So, I used it for gorilla tag legal mods such as bark.(mods not important for this) And everything was going great until 3 weeks ago when I couldn't open gorilla tag on my quest link anymore. I tried troubleshooting but all that was happening was either it would say "Close other apps to open gorilla tag" so I pressed close apps, and nothing happened. I eventually was spamming the button but it just didn't work. The other thing that happened, was that it would load, and then it would just turn black but if I look behind me there was a bunch of white/gray triangles on top of each other making and illusion. I then tried a different game, and it also did the same things. I searched it up, and it said that gorilla tag wont open on quest but will on pc if you are banned. And so I waited 2 weeks as always. 3 days ago, I tried, and it still did the same things. I ended up just stopping trying until today. Today I attempted to open quest link again to attempt at gorilla tag. But this time, it didn't even load quest link. It said connected on my computer, but my quest didn't. I went to the quest link section in quick settings, and it started loading to try to find the computer I am connected to. It just keeps loading and loading, so I tried updating it, and even after that, it still didn't find it. Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Thank you! Your system looks fine. Since it is an issue that is occurring only on PC, and both through AirLink and with the link cable, we suspect a software issue on the PC.
Since you have an antivirus program, we recommend first trying to whitelist the Oculus or add it as a trusted program. You can also try temporarily disabling it to ensure it isn't being blocked by this in any way. This is only for testing purposes, and we recommend that you re-enable it after.
In addition to this, we recommend doing a full reinstallation of the Oculus app using the steps below.
Please let us know how this goes. We look forward to hearing back from you!
