Its worked fine up until yesterday, i played a game and it got to 5% so i exit the game and plug in charger cable that it came with and i held power button 5 seconds and clicked power off. Now it wont power on and no yellow/green color with cable plugged in.
I have the same issue. Yesterday I played a game, turned it off at 6% and plugged it in. It was charging for a while, the front was warm and the led worked. After about 2h I wanned to play again so I disconnected it and it wont boot up no logo or anything. Plugged it back in and it wont charge.
Hey there, @Deuces317! We definitely want for you to be able to enjoy your time in VR, and that is hard to do if your headset isn't turning on! If the headset is plugged and no battery icon is displayed, and no LED's come on, we would recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps:
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours from a known working wall outlet. The headset must be left powered off or in a sleep state during this time.
Try a different Cable/Charger; if possible, test the cable and charger (adapter) separately to determine the faulty component.
Attempt to charge the headset without the facial interface. Some facial interfaces may block the proximity sensor which can impact the power of the headset.
If you are using the Elite Strap with Battery or any third-party accessories that may affect battery charging or consume power (such as external battery packs, external fans, etc.), disconnect all of these accessories and try charging the headset again.
Try charging from a different Source (another PC or different wall outlet).
Hard Reboot the headset
Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound
If the boot-up sound is not heard, enter the USB Update Mode and select "Boot Device"

Hey thx for replying! I tried everything you told me to do and nothing happened, it was still dead weight but then somehow a day later it randomly turned on and works for now. Not sure whats goin on but it was wierd. Thx for trying to help!
