Screen not working just on dark blue to the point where it is almost black

Hey @Unroble! We would love to help you with your headset being stuck on a blue screen. We are sure you must be eager to get this sorted and get back to enjoying VR! Let's go ahead and start out with some basic troubleshooting steps and see if that does the trick! 

 

Please try the steps below:

  1. Ensure the headset is powered on (check if the power LED is on)
    1. If you have trouble powering the headset back on after performing a factory reset, hold down the power button for 30 seconds.
    2. If there appears to be no power, attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
      1. If, after 2 hours of charging, the headset has no power, please let us know.
         
  2. If the headset powers on, but still no display is present:
    1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect the boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)
    2. Hard Reboot the headset
      1. Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
      2. If the boot-up sound is not heard:
        1. Hold the power and volume (-) buttons down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
        2. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
        3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
