Meta quest link compatibility with usb 3.0

Hi,

Is the meta quest link cable, compatible with a USB-3.0/USB-C adapter ?

Cause i don't have USB-C port on my computer.

Those adapters can be a bit hit and miss.  The only one I've found that works well is the Cable Creations one from Amazon.  Costs a little more, but you get what you pay for imho.  Here's the link to the one I have.  You should be able to find it on your local Amazon store, or locally elsewhere.  Cheers.

Thanks for the response. I've found a UVC USB cable that works for vr like meta quest.

If you find a Link cable that works, that's great!  That one probably won't keep you headset battery charged for a long time, but it still may be ok for short VR sessions.  If you need longer runtimes maybe look at powered link cables like the Kuject ones from Amazon.  These use your quest charger/cable to help maintain your headset batteries a lot longer.  Cheers.

Ya, that one should work pretty well imho.  At least if you buy these from Amazon, they're easy to return for a refund if they don't work well for you.  Cheers.

Finally i choosed a JSAUX cable. It's a bit more expensive but it's a good brand with the best rewiews. If someone is interested i trow the link here.

Hope it works ok for you.  I didn't find that one to work very well for me (~2.0Gbps max usb speed test), but it may work ok for you.  If not, thanks to Amazon, just return it for a refund.
