I am a Meta quest link user and I have a nice cable that runs nicely. I’ve checked. It runs at the recommended and above speed and my computer has very very good specs but every time I go in to Meta quest link and play a game, it disconnects me from quest link so I was wondering if anyone could help me fix that?

If you've checked your PC is definitely compatible, and you're using the Meta Link Cable - Make sure you're not using any 3rd party software (SteamVR etc.), as this will affect not only the performance with Quest Air/Link, but also other aspects of your headset. 🍒

Hi @CMA120fps! Third party software or accessories can occasionally cause conflicts and impact the device performance so we wouldn't recommend the use of these while using our devices.
